"Learn as you Earn" Team Leader Marketing Program

You can maximize your personal earning potential and cash flow by starting your own "Sales Team Business Centre" (also referred to as a Family Tree) and become a Team Leader. If an Agent elects to become a Team Leader they must qualify with a minimum of two (2) sales of the “Home Study Financial Intelligence Kit” and register those two (2) people as Agents, they then begin building their first Sales Team Business Centre.

GWE believes in rewarding people for effort. With GWE you are able to earn bonus payments just for qualifying yourself. As a registered Agent you only require two (2) other Agents, directly Sponsored by yourself to be qualified. GWE will pay you for each of your two new Agents. You sponsor one Agent, you receive $US70.00.(Less any applicable local country fees / charges and bank transactions fees) though you are technically half qualified you have already been rewarded. Sponsor your second Agent and you will receive a further US$70.00 bonus, (Less any applicable local country fees / charges and bank transactions fees) you are now a fully qualified Team Leader.

The qualification bonus is paid only on the first two (2) immediately Sponsored Agents. With GWE there is no long term benefit signing more than two (2) people directly to a single Sales Business Centre. To become a true Team Leader your role is to ensure your two (2) new Agents also achieve their own qualifying bonus as soon as possible.

GWE discourages ‘STACKING’ all new Agents under the one Business Centre. To discourage this practice the qualification bonus will only be paid on your first two (2) immediate Agent sales. Once you have qualified yourself, any further sales you achieve, GWE suggests and encourages you to place these directly below your first immediate un-qualified Team member. This will ensure your new Agents receive their qualifying bonus, thus building a strong Foundation Business Centre. We call this a "Pay it Forward" System which encourages each member to help each other ensuring the long term succes for all.

The first Milestone for a Team Leader to achieve, is to complete their first Sales Team Business Centre. Commissions are paid out progressively as you complete each target level of your Foundation Sales Team Business Centre.
