You don't need coding experience to create a decent EA, what you need is a well defined strategy and a few bucks to pay someone to code it.

There is no 'holy grail' of EA's, some can make you some money some months, but NONE are constantly profitable. Remember if you can make 40% in one month you can loose it as well.
