Hello, im from europe and i have a small bussines. Im selling some kind of software, its getting popular and i earn more nad more cash. My main payment process is paypal, thats from where u get all earnings.
My questions is where/what should i do to open offshore company in some of tax heaven countrys. I must link it with paypal, so i can accept payments from customers. Also how could i withdraw moneys from offshore bank, does they offer ATM cards (i think this would be tracable eassly then, if you make often huge withdraws). I have moneys and i rather would like to pay some company (if there is) to setup this all for me, is it possible? Any help would be great, i searched for my problem but i couldnt find any real solutions for my type of bussines. Thanks.
Ok, i could eventualy switch to google checkout or even try to do it in some other country than Panama. But i still have question, how it will be like with paypal verification (i dont want to send my ID). Also which country would be the best choose for me, when u just sell software to inviduals? google checkout is only working for US and UK i think
if you do enough processing you might consider your own merchant account (min $20k per month)
as mentioned you can not have paypal account for majority of offshore companies
i dont earn that much right now. i think when i have a really good month its about 10k $ maybe little more. if i would work legit then it would be much more for sure.

US LLCs are offshore only if you do not do any business with any in US, so you msut not have any US source of income, so if you have US clients forget about any US offshore structure
Yes, i have also clients from USA, and they are preety good percent of whole customers ammount. What about LTD, LLP, Self Employed in UK? Is this any good? Could i have bussines paypal account then?
I do not have that much experience with UK to be able to comment on this, LTDs are for sure taxed on worldwide income, self employed i no experience at all, LLP might work similar as US LLC, for business paypal account, i would recommend first to try to find out what you need to verify it
