hey everyone i just opened an LLC in delaware
i am a non-us citizen but i have a SSN and a tax ID (EIN)
i am not in the US right now and no bank want to open an account for me
can anybody help me with some advices ??

do you know any bank that will open an business account with a foreign passport ?

try bigger banks like HSBC, Wells Fargo, it depend where you live mainly

i mainly live in france
i have called HSBC they are ok to open the account but they want me to give them a AUTHORITY TO DO BUSINESS IN NY STATE CERTIFICAT beacause my company in registered in DE and my billing address is in NY
but this certificat is exepensive and hard to get if you are not american
any idea ?

....get a DE address, of course then they make require a DE license -- there are no easy solutions for US banking that last any amount of time.

My company is a Delaware corporation, we've never had any problems with this and do not have a DE address.
