Sorry, I did not get it. Is this thread about you personally, or you just would like to take negative posts away from your pet-scam?
BTW, the best tool to prove " scamness" is a spreadsheet. Excel, or Calc from open office.org. Just plug your numbers there and have a look how fast numbers on the screen grow. Think, what would happen if program were real, and attracted multiple people...

Well we'll see when NFA checks it out won't we?
And I know where you're getting at beacuse if you see my first post in the FX-I thread under my ID "Yeahyeahyep", you'll see that exact mentality! That is normally the first thing i check for.
But then remember, those numbers aren't guranteed and they will change depending on how the company is doing. So that kinda ruins that argument. LOL
It's not my "pet-scam"... because its not a scam.
Just out of curiousity... before the NFA and FSA approve, is there ANYTHING that will at least put a lid on the "definate scam" and open up the door to "lets wait for NFA"?

Well I'm seeing familiar hyips propping up in the Closed / Scam folder but other than that, its doing fine. I'm not in any way shape or form worried about anything.
It's like not having to worry about drowning, because i'm not in any water! At least not in any water above my ankles... but then they do say that people have drowned in 1 inch of water before... so i better be careful how I word it.

APPEARS to be fairly obvious. Reason? Empirical observation.
Another 'real' reason? 'Advertising'...
Actual, verifiable, 'investment' returns would make one HECK of an advertising ploy, wherever they're used. So - why the 'selective audience'???
The answer, of course, is simple.
Just my opinion,
Jeff

Likely not ( but it seems you're trying pretty hard, lol).
Again, please, do NOT confuse the NFA / FSA with 'investment programs'.
They're 2 DIFFERENT THINGS!!!

LOL.
I don't get you guys! Why you think a program that is not accepting investors UNTIL the NFA and FSA approval is a Scam is beyond me. LOL I thought a scammer would try to get as much as possible?
See, I would make the bet, but there is no way for either of us to trust the other player. Would I pay out? How could you make me? Would you pay if you lost? No way to enforce it other than good will, and we all know that NONE of us here have any morals don't we.
And also... its only 49% a month NOW... its not guaranteed and it is not forever. SO you lost that argument again.
As for the liar, scammer, or idiot.
Yes, No and Hope not.
Everyone is a Liar. So that kinda rules that one out.
Scammer, Nope.
Idiot... thats for you to decide. A person who is an idiot would never see him (or her finix)self as an idiot.

Jeff,
I do value your posts as they are your opinions. And you say that. So thats cool.
I'm not confusing NFA and FSA with "investment programs" but i'm trying to explain the connection that is needed. NFA and FSA are regulatory agencies that monitor and audit companies that accept investments for securities etc... so just there mere fact that you all think this is a ponzi even though they've stopped accepting investments (NO INCOMING FUNDS) until the NFA and FSA approve... well thats the point i'm getting across.
How can they be a scam if theres no money going around? You get my point?
