Hi all,

I wanted to open a IT company in Dubai + bank acount.
I email a couple of sites but they all came with office space etc.
I just want the company, i can work from my laptop from anywhere ;-)
Any sugestions?

Why Dubai? It is not cheap and for most of free zones you need office space.

Because im want to get $ there to invest in real estate ;-)

I think you can invest also with company form outside Dubai

What about Ras Al Khaimah free zone?
We can assist in opening both - offshore (not operating in UAE) and Free Zone Establishment/Entity (FZE) and Free Zone Company (FZC) (companies operating in UAE).

Offshore company (foreign directors) still allows you to buy certain types of property, 100% foreign capital, no requirement for license, office and visas for directors.

We can open bank accounts with RakBank, Lloyds and National Bank of Dubai. But NBD requires council legalization of documents, which is expensive. Personal presence is not required.
