SecureServerTech = DDOS protection Scam Artist stealing your money.

Hello Folks.

If you know about a hosting company called http://www.Secureservertech.com and are looking for hosting or DDOS protection, then just clearly over this company.

They are first of all re-sellers for Staminus.net, and you do not need to go via Securservertech.com at all.

Reason is our client ordered a DDOS protected hosting from secureservertech.net .

It was a managed server, but managed server does not mean its a must. The client wanted to use his own programmer, but MR. Felosi the owner behind www.secureservertech.com said: We will rent a server via Staminus.net and do the DDOs management for you. Payment was made: look here:



This payment was for the JUNE 2008 month. The server's earlier client paid to end of MAY 2008, and didn't stay to out May. Thats why it was again rented for the next month so felosi from secureservertech.com didnt have to give it back to staminus.net, and our client would get a good server soon enough.

You can not use your own server manager.
If your manager breaks anything, i will not fix the server..

Our client told Mr. felosi to not worry about the management fee.
That will still be paid to him. But this was not his issue. His issue was he
wanted total control over our clients server for perhaps reasons such as
his territory. He canceled the CPanel and litespeedtech lisence and also changed passes for WHM after our client asked him, why the server does not come online after a normal reboot. That made Mr.Felosi very very mad.

Our client who paid via paypal simply filed a claim in paypal, but MR.Felosi won that claim easily buy replying to the dispute " Non-tangible item.".

When our client asked Him to give the money back, felosi said he had paid for the server to staminus already.

www.secureservertech.com and what you can expect from them if you go there for hosting or DDOS protection.

This company is scamming the clients.
So Do not host your sites there if you need ddos protected hosting...

Well as everyone knows there is 2 sides to every story. To make a long story short this is all bull**** and a stupid extortion attempt by Ray. he ordered a managed server, we paid for the server, software and everything else He decides he wants a third party management company which is all fine. I told him I was not responsible if his third party admin broke something. He acted like this was horrible that I had to fix his admins screw ups. So after a bunch of haggling, Ray trying to change the deal and all this after 2 weeks he demands full refund, attempts chargebacks, threatens bad reviews and so on. We had already paid for everything so we was not going to refund him.

He demands full refund and threatens to go around posting these reviews everywhere if I did not. Well anyone who knows me or my business knows this is just a pathetic extortion attempt by scam site owner ray. After doing some searching on him he is always getting into little situations like this. I will gladly post his extortion emails if I must.

This is the first bad review we have had ever in 3 years of business but I was warned not to do business with this joker in the first place, now I have learned my lesson. You would think that he would be tired of doing this by now but he is not. Recently he has been sending more threats claiming Im ddosing him and he is going to ruin my business with bad reviews and so on.

Well all someone has to do is see where this review is coming from and they will find it obvious it is just more bs from ray. We have had nothing but good reviews in our 3 years of business. Along comes this guy which we were warned by numerous people not to deal with in the first place and here we are. Also not to mention he used to praise our services for months when we would occasionally come in and fix his ddos problems upon his request. Just google to see the caches of this

But if he wants to play this game I will just post some of the emails and ims of this guy asking me if I knew people to ddos his competitors. This guy I know Ray is always asking him about ddosing people and other shady crap. I have proof of all this. But in reality I dont care, I dont play these childish games or extortion like ray does.

I figured I would come post my side to this. All anyone has to do is look up our track record and other reviews to see that this crap is nothing more then a false and vindictive extortion attempt. Ya see what you fail to tell people is you are the owner of the niggermania site. This is a simple problem client here.

They was kicked off server, They never did purchase the domains, I offered them the domains at reg fee and they refused to pay for it claiming they already technically paid for it through hosting.

Tom Shelly is the jamesriske here. You can see he is a liar as a simple lookup will show that I amd not even a member of no ch9impout site, all that is, is another customer and competition.

As far as me and Marek (Ray) We have already resolved our issues. It was just a lot of misunderstandings that led to a lot of problems and messing up a good business relationship which me and Ray had for some time before this.

Do you have copies of invoices? Bills? Record of monies received? You sure don't, palsy. But I saw an email from you that stated: " $100 due for July on the 12th". You went postal and stole their domain about a week before that.

So there goes your new lie that they owed you money.

By the way, you also went and changed the password for their vbulletin license that they paid $89 for. Why did you do that other than to 'get them'.
