Why do you need to give your talkgold forum password when you registrate on teamearner site?

I found this very bizarre.

I don't see any reason to gave my password.

Because your login for teamearners will be the same as your Talkgold username and password, the sites are interacting.

What would happen if you change your password on TG, you should again change your password on TE? strange

If they interact, they can also without password.

It is one database, you should just add a column with a value if you are a teamearner member or not.

Its not really one database. For security reasons we cant go further into details. The setup currently is how it needs to remain. I don't see a problem with it.
