Did you change the lot size from 0.01 lot to 0.02 lot manually or did the EA do this automatically when the account balance reached a certain level?

There is a facebook group called "Finding the Best Forex Expert Advisor". Anyone can join and find the discount link in the discussion board for PID. I use money management so the lot size has been increased automatically.
