We are looking for folder moderators. We will assign you to 2 folders or so, in which your main responsibility would be removing spam. This job is unpaid, however we need people who are online a few hours a day and can look after their designated folders on a daily basis.

Requirements:

- 2 or less warning ever received
- Members for at least 2 months
- Never ran, and never will run an HYIP or autosurf
- The ability to communicate well in written English

How often you are on Talkgold per day. Your Age, and your geographical location. Also include 2-3 folders you would like to moderate.

Are there going to be specific "working/moderating" hours set up? For example, will you might need more moderation during peak hours at TG, (if peak hours exists here)?

Secondly, if someone has more than two warnings, can each individual warning be looked at on a case by case basis so as to not disqualify those whom might qualify?

No specific moderating hours will be set up. We appreciate that not all members are available to mod at what could be considered the `normal` busier periods, and of course time zones around the world come into it too. So, it`s just up to each mod to determine for him/herself when they can spare a couple of hours a day.

As for the warnings, we`d be prepared to look at each case on its merit, yes.

I think I fulfilled most of the requirements but I cannot be connected all week, only from monday through Friday and I suppose they you needs of someone 7 days a week and with enough free time.

Well, ideally 7 days a week, but we`d understand if you could only be online through the week. Weekends are generally quieter in the forum anyway.
