Hey Everybody, WE ARE LIVE AND EVERYONE CAN SIGN UP!!

First off I really want to apologize for not giving the proper notice about what I am about to tell you. We have been up all weekend long and I have maybe had 1 hour of sleep per day. All day long today we have been taking peoples advice and running stress tests on our server. During a final stress test, our programmer put a sign up link live and a bunch of people got in. As of right now we have maybe 20 people who have signed up but our server guys are insisting we keep the server up so that they can continue to run diagnostic tests throughout the night. We have no control right now that people are signing up so we want to give an official notice that everyone can sign up. We didn't want to launch right now but in order to get our servers ready we have to allow people to sign up right now. Our server techs are in Australia so they are working on it right now during the day.

So while this is not the exact way we wanted to launch, we at least wanted to give everyone the notice that you can now log in and join Oceanside. There are only like 20 people who have gotten in, and there are all kinds of script errors going on right now so it is very slow going, but they have urged us to proceed so that they can get a handle on these errors and fix them once and for all. Please don't worry, you have not been buried behind a bunch of people, as the going is very very slow right now. We realize there will be unhappy people because we haven't given an official notice, but we have to do this in order to get all the bugs worked out.

It sure looks like just another fraudulent financial scheme. Noticed that the 'forex' part isn't available, so it appears to be a pure ponzi, at least at this point. If it's an MLM, what's the 'product', and what percentage of the 'membership fee' is actual product pricing? I believe the 'threshold' for 'legitimate' MLM product is that the actual product needs to have a fair market price of 85% of the membership fee.
If it doesn't fit this criteria, appears that it would need to be registered as a security in any jurisdiction that 'members' might be from.
It's just another fraudulent financial program.
If anyone has any 'opinions' otherwise, how about a reasonable discussion?

Hey whoever wants to know about Oceanside Wealth send me a message! I would be happy to answer any questions, or go over with you how it works.

I advise you NOT to listen to the nay-sayers on this one, This company is backed by many many REAL investors and admin who have just as much to gain from this program as the smallest individual. there is no reason for anyone to make this a short lived program.

I personally signed up yesterday and already have 6 people under me which will totally pay for my $60 subscription, they are NOT asking anyone to invest anything more than that. it's totally up to you how active or passive you make yourself.

If you knew anything about the site they announced before it even opened that the Forex part will not be open until the 1st of september. Until then you can cash out all your matrix earning! so if I fill my 3rd row in the matrix (hopefully by tomorrow) I can cash out over $300 minus the subscription fee. ($60) when the Forex comes online It will be awsome

Is incorrect. They ARE subject to securities regulations. They don't pass the 'test' for being a 'private transaction'.
Please, show me where I'm wrong.
