Important - Change of Folder Rules - Please Read

Would ALL members who use this folder please note these change of rules re this folder.

We have added two rules to this folder as follows:-

1. From now on, there are to be NO PROXIES used by any Exchanger in this folder. Any Exchanger found using a proxy will receive ONE WARNING ONLY, then a ban if it happens again.

Exchangers have FIVE days from today to ensure they are no longer using a proxy in this folder.

2. From time to time a Moderator may require `proof` of any trade to be posted in the form of a screenshot. Any personal information should be blocked out prior to posting. If the member refuses to post proof of payment, he may be warned and subsequently banned.

Please remember, the only exchanges we allow in this folder are by those who have purchased a `paid sticky`.

So the exchange of PP is allowed again in this folder?

No... Great new rule though. Hope it helps in keeping scam exchangers out.

Question and suggestion:
How about this rule apply to exchangers only? And perhaps people who post successful exchanges. Why someone has to give his/her privacy up just because he/she would like to post in this folder. What's the difference if I post in this or any other forum? Thanks.

What about those with critical and "not paid" posts made to "annoy" the competition? Rules are not applied by computer, but by moderators, so technically some discretion may be possible...

We agree, and have changed the new rule to apply to Exchangers only, not any other members.
