HYIP Scammers Profits?
I am relitavley new to HYIPs. Have never put money into one. I was just wondering with masses going down the drain, from those of you with experience what would you estimate that the average larger size HYIP funds makes in terms of scamming when they take investors money? Would you agree that the appropriate authorities should do more to combat this?
