Hostrazer ---help???

Hello.

I jave bought a domain and host from hostrazer, and i am waiting more than 5 business days, and i can not use my account. The domain is not active... and more..

The admin say always my domain will be active within 2-3 business days, but i am waiting since 5 business days.....

Has someone same problem?????
