i want to start business in ebay but i need some thing that can apply to paypal. it be better if i dont have to give it bank account instead i give it somekinfd of card i can use. also i can use the card to withdrew money from the atm.

just a little note on your signature...i have a readydebit...works great...they have a great security feature too....but they require a legitimate ssn and they do check if you are trying to use a fake or stolen ssn with a different address not on file
