Hello,

I am new to this and just opened a LR account. It is telling me I need to fund using an exchanger and I dont exactly know what that means. I would like to either do a bank transfer or send a money order. Does anyone know a good exchanger I can use.

Seems unlike Alert Pay I can't just send the money directly to LR, is there a reason for this?

What exchanger you choose depends a lot upon where you are.

The money order you might buy will only be good to an exchanger located where he can cash it.

A "bank transfer" can be a cheap branch to branch action or a more expensive wire transfer. It all depends upon where your bank is and where your exchanger's bank is.

People constantly ask this same question; how to choose an exchanger. The one's who fail to tell us where they are located are usually the ones in the country with the most clunky banking system outside of the third world. Are you one of those people?

The reason why few are allowed to send fiat to LR is secrecy.

Why go through an exchanger and then to them....is this what also needs to be done to withdraw the money from LR. First to the exchanger and then to you....

You are assuming something that is not true. The exchanger does not have to go to LR to settle a trade with you. He offers his property, his LR for trade - you might have what he is willing to accept. Perhaps he will accept gold coins or used rags. I'm going to guess you are offering USD.

No. You just make a trade in the opposite direction. You offer your LR in return for shiny beads or whatever you want.

I told you; secrecy. Gambling (unless state sponsored) is illegal. Many people have been robbed and kidnapped by highly organised crime (HOC) in recent years. Many others have lost their bank accounts. LR survives because you must go to the open marketplace to make your trades.

Don't feel bad if you can't understand this right away. You have been conditioned. We all have. The brainwashing about money is especially thick in the USA.

Your property is yours to dispose of as you like. An exchanger's property is is his to do likewise. A deal is made whenever both parties accept the terms. The illusion of government monopoly on money is a carefully crafted deception perpetrated by the orientals who stole your government.

You will not likely find an exchanger in the USA who will risk dealing with you. They are all very nervous - most have quit - some have been robbed. Some kidnapped by HOC.

HYIP is gambling. It has never been about investing. It's a game. A game that infringes upon turf of the tyrants who stole your country while you were watching TV.

Look at the sticky threads at the top of this forum. Those exchangers have paid for that advertising. Read over their websites and get an overview of what trades are being offered.

Be very wary - there are snakes in the grass and the water is full of sharks. Try looking for past public comments about anyone you intend to trade with. Don't go looking for someone to hold your hand or you will be lead down the garden path by a thief.

Erm. Click on BUY/SELL LR on the Liberty Reserve website for a list of their accredited exchangers. Exchangers have their own balance of Liberty Reserve e-currency, which they would sell to you. The gist of it is that you are buying your currency from an exchanger, instead of from the company itself. The difference is essentially where you wire the money, and the level of support offered. Only accredited exchangers are able to purchase Liberty Reserve e-currency directly from LR.

Example: I go to Radio Shack and purchase 200 radios. You want to buy a radio, but Radio Shack won't sell to you. Instead, you give me the cash, and I give you a radio. That's essentially how this works.
