This hosting company is not refunding me correct amount what to do please i really need help

what i did is i funded hosting account to purchase domains later
i funded with 100 $ egold approx
i was given credit then 80 $ (20 % subcharge for funding with egold)

But i came back after so many days to use that 80 $ credit (funded with 100 $ egold ) to use to register domains

now i cant purchase domains the admin reply u have to pay more 60 % subcharge so (i paid already 20 % before ) now he wants 60 % more

i said i cant he said ok we can deduct from funds u added so your balance will reach 32 $ (i originally paid 100 $ egold before)
i said no i dont want and if u think u can take 80 % subcharge return mine 100 $ egold as it is there in funds , they said no we will deduct 80 % subcharge and u will get only 20 $ egold

so what they think , they think egold is very bad now ok no problem but they want 80 % subcharge for mine egold why


please see i cant reveal the hosting company as i told please refund me and they said open ticket so i am waiting if they dont refund me i will post here the name

I cant find any reason for not returning you the original amount you paid ($100 e-gold) unless they do not have a refund policy in place.

ofcourse they have refund policy i use there hosting account to store funds to purchase services instantly
and i did purchase many services
but the now they are demanding total 80 % subcharge on funds in account to buy services which i dont think is good as i already paid 20 % subcharge when i funded with egold ,and they never told they will take more subcharge in further.

100 $ is just and example mine funds are more than 100 $ may be 120 $ (original egold paid)

the last reply says we cant refund u
and they are demanding 60 % more subcharge to use the money in their account to buy things

why i funded the account and that money was added in accounts funds (plus they took already 20 % subcharge that time ) now they want 40 % more so total is 60 % .
i said i cant pay more subcharge so refund me or let me purchase from the account funds i funded many weeks ago they say no

NOW WHAT TO DO
I will post hosting name soon here but members please help me to get out of this mess .
