Need alertpay exchanger

Hi everyone, I have 43,2$ at alertpay and I need to exchange it to libertyreserve, is there anyone here who knows where I can find a certified exchanger for alertpay ? because it seems to me that all the exchangers that are in the sticky section do not accept Alertpay.
