I prefer investing on real estate or developing my own company (even smaller company). Is is always better to manage your own funds than relying on traders.

I almost feel sorry for this feller.
Personally I want to do stock. I would enjoy realestate for awhile, but with a lot of money I just want to retire and do what I want ever day. Stock alows you to do this while real estate does not.
Id consider collectible too. Things like art, stamps, antiquarian books. These all appreciate quite well if you are careful.

Art,ctamps,antiquarian books is not investment at lest not for me it’s like buying gold there’s no cash flow in any of this items! I think Real Estate will do it! With a positive cash flow! Couple Apartment buildings will to the job!
