I need 10 VCC for paypal verification, i don't need any money on these cards, i am not using these cards for shopping, I just want to to verify my paypal accounts using VCC.

how much do you offer for each vcc wit zero balance in the card ??

you need to have some low balance on card to can pass verification

check other threads around there are some good sellers

well..this was a topic opened stricly for the virtual bank account. forum is flooded with vcc`s wich are easy to get.

BUT the main dilema it`s the bank account...let`s say you have your paypal verified ..what`s next? how you get your earnings from the paypal?
That`s the thing you can only spend money not withdraw.

simple. request a check and then cashout in your own country
