My Google AdSense account is disabled without using

Guys

I signed up for Google AdSense first time and did not receive any email on my email address. After many days I tried to login and find that my account is Disabled. Can anybody help me how my account can be disabled although I never login to Google AdSense and start using it?

How I can contact Google AdSense support regarding my account?

Have you received any e-mail from them about disabled account. What is the message that appears when you try to log in to your account?

Did not receive email from AdSense about account approval or disabling. After many days I thought I should check might be AdSense approved my account and did not send email. When I logged in I find this error

Account Disabled
Your AdSense account for this login is currently disabled. We recommend checking your email inboxes for any messages we may have sent you regarding your account status. Sometimes our messages can be caught by email filters, so please be sure to check the Bulk/Spam folders of your email accounts as well.

I am installing a Blog at my site to update things how I am moving forward so that will be beneficial for others. It looks Google AdSense is a **** now.

This message means that your account application is rejected. Google adsense does not approve incomplete or contentless websites. Apply again when your website is complete and they will certainly approve your account. It is good to make a blog and posting only two to three articles about anything to get your adsense account approved.

Yes. But make another website (such as a blog. Add only three to four articles) and use another e-mail address. But your personal information should be real. After your account got approved, you can put ads in previous site as well.
But remember that google adsense only accepts those sites , where there is some useful information and least number of ads. They do not accept sites with only ads or links.
