As far as I know, epassporte visa electron cards are shipped worldwide. What do you think about epassporte service? Do you have alternatives more than ePassporte. Most debit cards usually ship domestically only. I alos seeking for master electronic too. Do you where can I find it?

Epassporte is quick good and well know but this is system is made for affiliation systems to pay their affiliates from a master account...I don't how you will be able to load you epassporte visa electron

Bonnard, are you aware of www.bankanonymously.com ? They seem to offer an anonymous bank account, which can be combined with a debit or credit card.

Try ikobo visa electron. They are good.

yep... iKobo Visa Debit Card. The fees are low and the service is good. I haven't encountered problems with them.
