I received both my principal and profit on schedule. I like the "batch" style investment management.

They responded the e-mail i forwarded promptly(within 12hr) in a courteous manner. They also provide alternate site address when their main website is down due to attacks(not many do that).

Now i'm waiting for my 2nd investment and going to make a third investment today

1. Site Security:

Prolexic technology which currently also protects governmental
sites, casinos and other top rated e-commerce sites. This
technology comes at a price but we always strive to offer the best
for our members who can now expect 99.9% site uptime. 99.9% is
excellent uptime however, to ensure there is absolutely no
disruption in communication between our members and us, an
emergency communication site will also be setup in a ’belt and
braces’ approach. This will include an emergency email different
from our primary one, a contact form and a method for us to post

2. Support Department:

We have hired several new staff and are in the final phase of hiring
more new people to fill live support position. Our plan is to staff
Live Support 24/7 so our members can get the information they

3. Account Limit Change – New Brokerage Accounts

The new brokerage accounts are now ready and the maximum
investment limit will be raised to $2000 / per account / day from 1st
July 2005. More New brokerage accounts are being negotiated due
to the high demand of investments at ExpInvest International.
Note: We keep the investment limit under review and each time we
open more trading accounts we will consider raising the limit.


4. Technical Issues:

- Payment Platforms
The Technical Dept has had some challenges installing the
E-Bullion platform as another payment method. This should be
resolved within a week. We are also looking into adding Bank wire
and IntGold in the near future.

- Account Security
More member account security will be added this week with the
introduction of an investor ID and PIN code.

- Referral Tracking
The referral system will also be updated with option to see the
persons you referred and the commissions you've gained. Another
improvement is likely to be the permanent linking of new investors
to their referrer. This means that commissions from the people you
refer will not be reliant on cookies and continued use of your
referral link.

- Forum
Some investors have suggested that we open a forum. We believe
the current measures we have in place (Live Support and Email
Support) provides a better, more personal approach to support.
However we are keeping an open mind and a forum is still may be
an option for the future.
