It's more then a service provider. I never depend on service providers to provide much more then the blocking of bad traffic.

What you need is a good firewall. The Watchguard systems come to mind for office use. Take a look at the firebox X20e as a good place to start. You will need to get a subscription to the Live Updates service for the best anti-virus, anti-spam protection.

I looked into KRAASECURITY.COM and found it's Private Registration which seems strange to me considering they have their email addresses right on their site...

Anyway it looks like you could get everything they have to offer by just using a regular system from Watchguard or Sonicwall at most likely a lower price long term.
