Avita have this amazing product for the treatment of burns...It's like a spray on skin which means no need for skin grafts...
Already used here in Aus to treat Bali bombing victims and recent asylum seekers whose boat allegedly exploded they are in the process of seeking approval by the Food & Drug Administration in the USA...

Dr Fiona wood who invented the product is a company director and was also named Australian of the year in 2005....

Australia’s only female plastic surgeon; head of the Royal
Perth Hospital’s Burns Unit; Director of the Western
Australia Burns Service, and co-founder of Clinical Cell
Culture, a private company recognised in medical circles

addition, Dr Wood is a Clinical Professor with the School of
Paediatrics and Child Health at the University of Western
Australia and Director of the McComb Research Foundation.

Avita is a speculative buy, if only because its market cap of $8.8million is not much above its cash of $5million. But that hasn't stopped investors being burnt in the past.
