    Default Problem with Perfect Money login PIN not receiving email

    I am having problem with accessing my PM account due to not receiving the login PIN to my email account. I am not sure what went wrong.

    I have sent in support form 6 hours ago, and also sent an email to PM staff but not sure if your reply will reach me.

    I know Perfect Money staff monitor this forum.

    As I need urgent help to pay a customer some PM funds, I appreciate if Perfect Money staff who is reading this thread, to kindly send me a Private Message with your online messenger contact and how can I resolve this issue.

    I am 1 of your listed certified exchange business partners.

    Exchanger of PM has to come to Talkgold to get attention of PM??
    I guess PM has a cash problems if they could only afford paid posters and not actual support team. Vorlon or Adex, maybe you two can let PM admin know about this issue?

    Some people never learn. As an accredited exchanger, you are entitled to priority support. Submit a ticket. They respond to all of mine within hours.

    I think there is some problem with my email, so I never receive PM email.

    I am now able to login my account again, PM admin solved my problem 6 hours ago.

    I have now changed my email so it should solve the problem now.

    This thread may now be closed, thanks to all for your assistance.

    Solution might be a lot simpler, don't be paranoiac:
    Try different browser (Opera instead of FireFox)

    You and I are the same problems. Because they can not get the PIN, simply can not log in to my account, it can not be modified in any account.
    Who can tell me how to solve it? Thanks

    I had the same problem yesterday not receiving PIN but when I tried after a few hours. I got the pin.
