I am looking for a company that can assist with setting up of an offshore company, with full internet banking, merchant account and payment processing.

What is the business you are into ? and where are you located?

In regards to the bank account you will need to be able to provide a reference letter in any case, this can be from a current bank, a lawyer or certified accountants, can you get this?

We sell herbal highs. All our products are 100% legal but our existing payment soloution is now reluctant to continue taking payments for us. We have been offered a paypoint merchant account but we are thinking about moving the whole business ofshore for the obvious financial benefits.

I am aware that some MA account providers will require some sort of security based on our transactions which isn't a problem.

What you are requesting is quite easy. A merchant account in a non-MLAT
country which allows what you sell to be sold through their system is ideal for you.

Easy maybe, but not cheap.... if you want to move your entire business to any offshore jurisdiction and this also includes to have the merchant account in an offshore country, you will pay a fortune.... their are setups which let you process the payment through a MID in a European or US country but have the business conducted from an offshore jurisdictions, this will increase your profits while it give better rates.

Also you will only have limited options available for your business regardless if you are going offshore or with any EU or US MAP.

I assume you have a 6 month processing history, right ?

Also you will need to look at your chargeback ratio, if this is the reason for why you want to switch, it might get difficult, is it below the 1% ?
