Offshore Bank with No Personal Visit Needed

Hey guys would like some suggestions. This is for people who are from a country that does not tax offshore income, so new oecd treaty is of no interest to them. Need online banking including ability to send wires. Banking in USD and or Euros. Limited bank secrecy is fine. They are seeking civil asset protection. Bank needs to be solid. Thanks for the referral. Was looking for a larger bank that does not require a personal visit if anyone knows such a bank would be appreciated.

www.rietumu.com does not require a visit and is a billion dollar bank.

You will find several banks in Cyprus which don't require a visit.

There are many banks to choose from in the Channel Islands/Isle of Man. And I believe none require a personal visit.

And Griffon Bank is a fairly good bank for people outside of EU/US. They have low fees (just 10 USD monthly) and their rates on the savings accounts are quite competitive. For instance 4.25 % p.a. on a 12 months term deposit with a minimum 10K USD/EUR.

FBME is a good bank, even if they are not accepting all type of businesses, there are plenty of alternatives in Cyprus with stable and solid banks and with some great internet banking. As long as you are searching on the Greek site of Cyprus.

UBS, credit suisse, abn amro, Lloyds, hsbc, standard chartered, bank of ireland offshore, ING belgium, Barclays, RBC offshore, and many others well known, established banks do not require personal visits....

why would anyone want to deal with third-league banks like rietumu and fbme if limited banking secrecy and treaties is not a concern is beyond me.
