Although I don't agree with the ads that TALKGOLD runs on so many scams. The scams advertised on TALKGOLD. I have considered TG a better forum than the other scam forums out there because of them allowing some of us to try and point out things about scams. That and the fact that TG, didn't delete or hide posts. Unless they were porn or swear word or things to that effect, which I think most would agree should be removed/deleted.
Unlike other forums that many choose not to post in because they delete posts. To edit, mark red because something deemed inappropriate by a Mod, would be OK, at least the better part of the post was left in place.
I am sorry to see that this rule has apparently changed. That entire posts are removed. Not one or two but many posts are coming up deleted. Posts that for the most part are about the topic with a bit of the post perhaps not appropriate.
Makes some members think that a person had not replied, or whether it is worth the time and effort to even post. Not knowing what will stay and what will be deleted. Sad day at Tg.

Nothing has officially changed with regard to editing or deleting posts. I`m surprised in fact by your comment. Any examples you can point out at all?

The problem is that we are often left in a dilemma. Do we warn the members for personal insults, do we remove grossly offensive posts, do we move the thread to the WZ?
Moving stuff over the the WZ is a last ditch solution, because it means that some members may no longer be able to post in the thread.
Removing certain offensive comments is occasionally done because we want to maintain our standards. Warning members who go beyond what we consider to be correct posting means that we will hopefully bring the thread back on track, not having to remove comments which have gone way too far, or moving it to the WZ.
All members should think about what they write before hitting the `reply` button to avoid any potential problems.

I think I know what you mean Lita.
But you must understand me too.
I delete all the posts that call to you, or any other member, posts that create discussion of personalities and then after 2-3 post is just a skirmish in the pass and ends with a personal attack and insults. And there it was repeated more than once.
Besides, If I removed the `Q` I must remove `answer` too.
