dude, the cards you sell ARE NOT OFFSHORE. They are issued by a main EU member country.
Second, even though I don't like the guy and ended up throwing away these cards, he was selling them here first.
Make do with what you can find on your own continent!

Aruba - Offshore is a relative term. If you dont want one thats ok you dont need to order. These are better than what I have on my own continent thank you. Its a good basic MC with IBAN.

First or not first we are offering what we have and we are upfront about what you get.

The bank that issues these cards only takes bank wire for payment.

The wire costs $40 alone plus delivery takes 4 -6 weeks.
We take a variety of payment methods they dont and have the card in stock
and can send it right away EMS in as a little as 5 days.

Plus they charge for the card and activation anther 30 euro which is about $40 So really its the same price through us.

We are distributor for them - we offered TG members a $10 discount to make total price $80 and no activation fee.
Plus we assist you in activation process which can be very confusing, we know the people at the bank.

Also if you use light activation and pay liberty reserve the card can be bought anonymously and in any name.

So thats why you should order through a reseller - convenience and service. Most people don't mind even paying $10 -20 more for this.

Ok I dont like to discuss private transaction with a client
as we run a professional company.

I wish I would have known the person already had two warnings and likes to go around trolling and trying to cause problems for peoples threads, calling everyone scammer etc. Just look up his posts here and see what kind of person he is for yourself.

But this person has been beligerent and unfair to us so we might as well respond.

We took his order, gave him his card number and explained
to him it would take 2 weeks to receive the card via airmail.

Five minutes later he starts saying he needs his money back.

All sales are final. If you dont want the card dont order and pay for it.
the reason being we give out the number after payment and its an slight annoyance for us to have to reissue the card number again after giving it out and a refund. Thats not fair to us.

If we where "scammer" as he calls everyone, why would we give out the number instantly? There is a process of shipping and activating the card which can take a week or two depending on shipping and activation method you choose. If you are not mature enough to handle this and cant cooperate with simple activation procedures then again, please dont order the card.

He then tried to charge back MB after getting his card numbers, and we told him to take it up with MB as we cant ship or activate till his dispute is over. His order will be on hold until the dispute is settled at which time we will send his card or reissue them another number.

If anything he is a scammer for ordering something and trying to charge back after receiving the product. We provide what we claim to and as he has posted you know where we get them so all that does is prove we are real.

Thats right Airmail takes 2 weeks to deliver to most parts of the world.
Thats a "scam " I guess.

The card isnt activated until you fill out simple 1 page form we gave him
and he send that in with his ID and utitlity bill to the bank. ( We don get nor do we want those docs)

Then you have to load funds on the card before you can use the card.

Airmail is not a scam and we dont give out card preactivated with funds on them - client must add on their own.

This guy is such a jerk. He just admited to getting his card numbers. He has shown through his attitude and behaviour what kind of person he is. He cant follow simple procedures and doesnt understand card need to be loaded. Oh well there will always be mentally unstable people out there just my luck one decided to try to buy something from us.
