Usually it`s the program admin who pays for the sticky. But, there`s nothing to prevent a member from buying one if he thinks it will be worth his while having the program get more views from being higher profile, and perhaps getting more in referral commissions.

Thread is made "sticky" by forum moderator, per payment from HYIP admin, who is doing so as a way of advertisement his HYIP.

It so expensive to buy the post stick. I think the buyers is hard to get the gain from ref commission?

Dunno really. Some must feel it`s worthwhile and take the chance that new members will sign up under them.

In the majority of cases though it`s the actual program admin who pays for it.
