The investigation is also top priority due to the international interests that abound the case. Something else peculiar, the gentleman went out of his way to tell me that Brian and Sharon Marsden are both under investigation and charges will be filed against them upon conclusion of the investigation. He also mentioned that PIPS, PicRealty etc will be restructuring. I assume that means that once they restructure Brian, if not in jail, will set the value of a unit to almost zero. I am also sure he will find a way to funnel "withdrawals" as to appear that everything is on the up and up and all PIPS needed was a healthy "restructuring."
This is my first post and I felt compelled to share what I learned from Bank Negara even though there will be those die hards out there clinging to every last hope trying to say I am a liar. For those die hards I will recommend calling Bank Negara.

Okay more info: The Director and head investigator are currently interrogating Bryan. Their meeting will end soon. I will post more information soon.
