Your assumption is wrong. Take a look at M-Gold, funding and buying at 5%. Additionally, we also charge extra for those who need Same-Day (EXPRESS) Service which is a Guaranteed Service, if you don't receive your Order on time than you simply don't pay the fee!

Once we are able to lower the fees, we will do so.

There is a lot of competition out there, some with incredibly low fees but the service on the other hand is poor, the customer spends more time stressing and emailing the exchanger than actually having a good experience out of it. You decide what works best for you.
