I'm very interested in your 'ATM Debit Card', I just have a few questions to ask before purchasing:

I'd would be loading beteen $1,000 and $2,000 LR each time, mainly I just need to know what ID will be required for this? (Would a driving licence and phone bill be ok?)

Also do you offer any sort of guarantee on orders of this size? I'm sure once a few successful transactions go through we won't have a problem, but until that trust has been established I'd be much happer knowing the money was guaranteed.
Oh and roughly how long would it take to transfer $1-2,000 LR to the card?

Next is there any extra fees if I were to withdraw the money from an ATM in a different currency than USD?

Finally I've seen some other cards that offer to raise the limit of the card ($2,500 in your case) once I establish myself as a reliable customer (e.g. once 20+ transactions are put through) - Would you be able to offer this too?

To get the card you need valid personal document and utility bill, so no need for additional documents after getting card.
Ecardone is very well known and reliable company, i am using their services since the very start from Chech company, more than 4 years...
There is always some fees for withdrawing money, but its rather small, read the faq at web site.
I am very satisfied for now, in start there was 2-4hrs from LR loading to card transfer, but now its usually in <10 minutes
