Just testing the waters here to see if there would be interest In investing in a actual Brick and mortor Sexual Oriented Business. {Topless ,Strip Club}

I have had experience in these fields from a Bar back {clean title for bouncer lol} to Asistant Management. I am no longer in this field of work ,But the cash flow these clubs would generate was Mind Boggling. .I basicly worked for a "B" level Club and it was a norm to generate 175k over the weekend. the mark up on alcoholic beverages cant be touched. And the house has tabs on everything from Dj and waitresses paid from Dancer tip out .Basicly self sufficient

I have considered returning to this field If i could recieve a percentage of profits and the only way to do that is to have partial ownership in a club.

So heres the question: How many here would be interested in such adventure,if any at all. I have a amount I would be willing to invest and be willing to offer a percentage return from profits to say 15 partners. also this is no gaurantee, if the Club suffers we all suffer and would be titled to have contract agreements wrote up . This would not be a minimal investment idea .If you are thinking $1000 investment for 1 slot this isnt for you. lol

The idea here is to enter a market most cant afford to enter financially alone,

I've run a mail order adult dvd and video business for the past 15 years and yes , anything that has to do with sexy girls make big $$$. I've also now added an internet site and that's doing well also. Go for it! $$$ Seven

Yea you are right Seven. seems to be a endless supply of customers in the adult business. but what I find here, most seem to think that $25 in a Mysterious Hyip is gonna return 100k in a year with "No Work". Im sorry that is not going to happen or we would all be rich. What makes you rich is a unique idea or product that "everyone" else cant provide. Then you work that Idea, as if you were a employee of a Asian sweatshop!
I did a similar idea {adult dvd's} on Ebay a year or so ago, at first made some money but the competitors are stiff!! my thought is if you can find a fetish niche and work the angles you would be more successful {my 2 cents anyway} Also BULK,BULK,BULK is the key lol. If you purchase Dvd's at $9 for resale you arent gonna make any money in this arena lol.
