I have had to sit on the side lines and watch this debacle unfold but I will remain silent no more.

There is a simple fact I need to point out to the 4-5 people who have issues with the trust as every trust client had to agree to and sign in writing, it is very simple.... No fake passport scans, money laundering, hacked accounts, unlicensed investment or Forex scams, and basically no BS as I warned each and every client that I referred to the trust. But did you listen? No, of course not. The result of which is each and ever account is under review unless the account was self funded and used legally. There are a few clients on this forum that fall into this category and the trust has already or will return their funds immediately. The rest are being reviewed closely by the trust and their compliance department and several sadly to say several have already been referred on for money laundering investigations.

Why have you allowed your name, your authoritive presence here to be jeopardized in such a way?.

For newcomers like myself this whole situation that I have been witnessing has utterly diminished my faith in anytype of dealings with anyone here.

Let alone the whole offshore business itself.

If you have not been doing anything wrong..why didnt you come out earlier? You cant really believe that all of this is good for your business right?

This was certainly bad news...however, I didn't send any fake papers and haven't done anything wrong, so I don't see any reason why I should be one of those with problems...yet, my account doesn't update its transactions...

Offshoreprivacy, are you available on Skype? I've tried to add you several times...your site is down and the e-mails gets an error bounce, so it seems it's the only place to talk to you?

Isn't asking a scammer not to scam you somehow pointless?
If he scams a couple or even many people... why wouldn't he scam you and your trust?

I just tried to call the trust today, but got someone else on the phone, saying that the person I tried to contact was travelling and would be better reached by e-mail. I sent another e-mail then, but haven't heard anything as of yet, though.

I have to admit I don't even have much money on that account, I wasn't able to transfer that much until the transactions stopped. The totals are less than 1000 EUR (but counting the wires that were sent afterwards, there should be somewhere between 1500 - 2000 EUR. Not exactly the biggest fortune...but still, it did cost money to get that account, and I also paid for a card (never received, of course).

But what's really bothering me is not knowing if I'm one of those in trouble (I don't see any reasons why...as mentioned, no papers were fakes, etc).

I really hope to get an update on my case soon...

Well...when the trust doesn't update your transactions, you never received the card you paid for, people don't reply to your calls or e-mails etc. it doesn't really take away the worrying even if you know you didn't send any fake papers or did anything wrong...
