Can i reactivate my yahoo answer account?

I had my yahoo answers account deactivated about 2 years ago and contacted yahoo admin. They told me they don't reactivate accounts. Ever.

Mate, if you trying to make a business out of that, I can tell you right now that you're wasting your time.
Anyone can make that in a week. I doubt that anyone would give more than a buck for that...
