Thanks dezlem,
Sorry, can't help it! Mac doesn't want any of us in admin replying in here -just wants it to be a free for all - but I'm breaking protocol since I am not answering a question in doing so - to say thanks.
That was beautifully said.
I too once had a large property and a Merc and the works. Then a business partner ripped me off and I lost everything. Took me 10 years to recover....it was nevertheless the best education I could have received.
Never give up is what they told me. I see that quality in Mac too - that ability to get back on the horse after it throws you instead of running away bloody nosed and crying.
Today in the SSP we are seeing those who are simply not capeable of climbing back up and those who can.
If only those who can't climb back up would realise we are trying to help them. Not pull them off the horse but get them up there and on their way.
I too would like to shake your hand one day. We would have a lot to say I'm sure.
Be well and thanks again.
Paul

Flogging a dead horse there.....he talks about protocol as it it's international law and not a few silly rules they made up themselves.
I feel an education post coming...we all just don't understand how being robbed is making us stronger in the long term do we?
Paronising to the extreme. The usual.

Thanks hktvb2001 for that great enlightenment.
Yes, there was a time when we had a clear view of the road ahead.
But we had no idea of those who were hiding in the bushes trying to ambush us.
For example, during my last trip to see Mac and attend the meetings, we were delayed up to seven days on just one issue - being harrassed by a certain reporter who's method was to attack a neighbour and reduce her to tears - the poor woman has nothing to do with I.T. - now you tell me friend how we can possibly get on with the planning and projections under those circumstances.
The payments are going out daily, they are slowly increasing but we are no longer going to give out time frames.
Already I can see some very good suggestions coming from this exersize, and that's what we're interested in - now look again.....WHAT DO YOU SEE?
The negativity displayed in here is typical of what we are up against.
Pick which side you are on....AND SUPPORT THAT SIDE 100%.
I am just another member in here - I chose my side - and I'm giving it 100%.

hello Bluetooth,
Quote:
You are actually seeing people that are crying out for you to honor your commitment in a timely fashion.
I joined I.T. back in January. I am a fellow member. What I did was to become very involved because I could see that I might be able to help Mac through what was going to become a very tuff time.
I have no commitment to honor as you put it....I am not in control of the funds....I am your representative.....that's what this posting day is all about.....so Mac, myself and the others can get a good view of who is with us and who is not and just exactly what is their biggest concerns and mainly to see if anyone has any constructive ideas and thoughts. Some have appeared, but most are crying in their cornflakes.
So please stop thinking I am pulling the purse strings around here. I have a vested interest in helping the others to make this a huge success - and guess what? We are getting there....so let's keep moving forward please.
As for defining words - well some people are truly in a bad state in their lives and well before I.T. came along. So don't blame I.T.
They cannot get back on their horse because the system works against them.
The poor pay pay pay.
For example. Rich people don't have life insurance policies. They don't pay income tax. They buy better quality items which last longer . . . . .
The poor need insurance incase their income stops. They pay nothing but income tax to support all the people who have no jobs....and they buy low quality specials that last a few months....it's a viscous cycle.
See what I mean?
finally, it4us.net in itself is a portal and meeting place - it is not a business. The owners are in Panama - If you want to complain then write to them. But no need, they are aware of what Mac and the rest of us are doing and we have their support. They will continue to be anonymous while we stand up front and take the brunt of things.
Meanwhile, things are starting to go well and progress is being made.
Thanks.
Paul

Colostarr,
I am receiving many PM's regarding you spamming the members with links to another web site.
I know you know better. You will be temporarily banned until this session closes. I am sorry, but spamming will not be tolerated.
On another note. Be assured we have enjoyed your support and would like you to stay true to our cause.

Thank you Grannycookie.
I will now go have breakfast at 10.30am with your kind words in mind and know that the many hours and sleepless nights we go through planning the future of I.T. will be very worthwhile.
In the end we will prevail but not without some heartache it seems.
Among our members are some of the most wonderful people you could ever want to meet. I have met many and can tell you there is an underlying core of folks who are the salt of the earth.
It is for them I continue to do this. Yes, my resources are getting thin, I really should go back to work perhaps, but right now we are on the edge of things and I feel we can fulfil the Mission Statement even with just a small band of good people.
The rest can follow.
As someone said. "When the sign says "don't walk on the grass" I walk on the grass ! I want to look behind me and see where I've been".
sincere thanks granny.

Well I guess him "not talking" is the same as everyone "getting paid". Hasnt happened, wont happen.
