Actually, the Trilateral Commission isn't creating anything friendly at all. Very unfriendly? Yes. They're a bunch of globalist, "one world" criminals working to impose collectivism and oligarchy throughout all regions of the world, not just the US, through the destruction of national sovereignty. It was set up by David Rockefeller - that in itself is about all you need to know to judge it, really.
