Let me see if I have got this right. TheGOLDskull can publicly accuse me of making false RCB claims and presenting a fake LR account, whilst supplying alleged proof that no one can see, but when I challenge the allegations and ask for indesputable proof I get jumped on and told, “I got my RCB and I’m the only one complaining” so take my complaint to the War Zone. If memory serves me well there were two other complaints in this thread.

Not having access to his computer it is impossible for anyone to view the pictures and that makes the ‘proof’ absolutely worthless. For all anyone knows those three pictures could be pictures of Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse and Pluto.

Surely I have the right to publicly seek indisputable proof of such scurrilous allegations?

I would also point out that if I presented a fake LR account, how could I expect to be paid into it?

Yes! I got my RCB 9 days after claiming it but only because I brought the issue out into the open. TheGOLDskull just ignored my email asking why my RCB claim had been cancelled, my PM and several posts in this thread.

There is only one way to settle the issue, and that is for TheGOLDskull to supply the details of the claimed payment made by ‘his worker’ so that they can be inputted into https://www.libertyreserve.com/en/services/search where anyone can verify if it is correct or not.

If he won’t then any reasonable person can only conclude that his allegations are false.

Furthermore the allegations made by TheGOLDskull are a personal attack and thus a breach of rule #3) No Personal Attacks to another individual will be tolerated anywhere but the WarZone Folder. It appears that no moderator, super or otherwise, has taken action against TheGOLDskull, other than Joseph who asked TheGOLDskull why he was not answering a member. TheGOLDskull showed his contempt for Joseph by simply ignoring the request.

In order for those details to be correct FinStock would have to have 2 accounts with the user name of popye AND THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

If zetra0@gmail.com had registered with FinStock as popye before me then I would not have been able to register as popye. Yet I did, so zetra0@gmail.com wouldn’t have been able to register as popye. Therefore he must have used a different user name.

So why would zetra0@gmail.com claim RCB as popye instead of his FinStock user name? His RCB was still $7.20 so he gains nothing. He would also have to know that there was a member of FinStock with the user name of popye.

Clearly there is something wrong, somewhere. BUT NONE OF IT IS OF MY DOING.

My RCB claim was made 35 minutes before zetra0@gmail.com yet his was paid on the 13th. http://s017.***********/i404/1202/10/2afb98feb031.jpg reveals that on 02/13/2012 08:30 batch 84982377 was paid to LR account U3838678 (Z Hyip. Corp) for the sum of $7.20.

I can still log into my account in FinStock as popye. If there were another account with the user name popye, how would the system differentiate between them? If any mod wants my password for FinStock to check for him/herself, then PM me.

I will categorically state that zetra0@gmail.com or it might be zetraO@gmail.com is not one of my email addresses. IP 112.215.66.78 (Indonesia) is not my IP address and LR U3838678 (Z Hyip. Corp) is not my LR account. My static IP is 82.1.231.138 (Blackburn UK) Virgin Media, although the town can vary from day to day.

This whole sorry saga could have been avoided if TheGOLDskull had responded to my reply to his email notifying me that my RCB claim had been cancelled. Or better still his notifying email told why the RCB claim had been cancelled instead of inviting me to ask why.

Or TheGOLDskull hadn’t ignored my posts in the gsmonitor thread until the 20th Feb and when he did respond, what was wrong in stating that he had two RCB claims from two different FinStock accounts both with the same user name?

If I hadn’t made a fuss, as you call it, I would not have been paid, nor would this anomaly of two popye RCB claims been exposed. Your signature notanewbie promotes 100% honest & truthful HYIP monitoring. My “fuss” was to try to get at the truth behind my cancelled RCB claim.

Maybe I have stumbled on a scam being perpetrated by an HYIP admin? Like this:

The HYIP admin will know who joins his programme, his user name, his referrer and how much he has deposited. He then makes an RCB claim using a spare email address and LR account and uses someone’s user name.

If that is the case the RCB monitor admins need to be aware of what could happen and take corrective action to prevent a repeat.

The only question is will TheGOLD skull know about this thread? Which is why I ask that it be merged back with the original.

Finally, what would either of you have done in my situation without the use of hindsight?

existing user name and deposit amount etc but his own LR and email
Admin checked if user name is existing and amount is valid, but since cheater has sent request after you did, his request at the top above your and admin seen his before of yours in the list...

Thank you for understanding that there is a very real possibility that cheaters can cheat RCB monitors. Whether it is the admin of an HYIP’s or an individual or even the RCB monitor himself, is open to debate. The HYIP admin and the RCB monitor will have all the information to hand, whereas an individual would have to search for a suitable user name. That’s not impossible but it would be difficult.

I did write to the admin of FinStock to ask if there was a member of FS using zetra0@gmail.com and LR U3838678 (Z Hyip. Corp) but after 2 days I have not received a reply. Read into that what you will, but I got a quick reply when I asked if ref comm. had been paid to gsmonitor.org for my $50 deposit.

Purely as an exercise to see if it could be done by an individual, I have tried to find a suitable user name but was unable to. When I realised how difficult it was to find the right one I gave up. Other individuals may have greater tenacity. However, had I been successful I would have gone on to claim the RCB. Once it had been paid I would have paid the money back with an explanation.

Having stumbled on this cheating method that I was a victim of, I have to conclude that TheGOLDskull appears to be blameless in this issue. But then so was I, even more so.

I say “appears to be blameless” because ANY RCB monitor has the opportunity and the information to cheat in this way, as has the admin of an HYIP.

gsmonitor has more cancelled RCB claims that any other RCB monitor that I have checked. It makes you wonder why.

The real blame lies with, the cheater of course, whoever that may be, compounded by TheGOLDskull’s lack of response for 9 days to my legitimate queries. It was only until 6 days later when Joseph corrected the .jpg paths that it became clear what had happened.

As far as I am concerned this issue has been settled.

Finally this thread has had 163 views up to now and it may have given someone ideas. Sorry about that but you cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs.

I checked out that LR account number and there is nobody here at Talkgold posting and claiming it to be their's. That of course doesn't mean much as it is so easy to get a new one.

I am pleased the issue has been resolved.
