Translation Risk
This is a major problem for many companies that deal with foreign currencies. The exchange rates of currencies are changing on a constant basis, thus it effect companies earnings / losses. For example a company might make $200,000 in a quarter, but after exchanging the currency that they took in for the currency they deal with, they might end up losing a good portion of it depending on the condition of that currency.
