Digi-exchange problem

I sent a couple of emails to digi-exchange.eu and still no answers after almost 48 hours.
Skype support is offline too since yesterday.
My payment (not small at all) is still listed as pending, without any news.
I'm wondering why there is this delay, it doesnt take too long to answer one email...

No emails were unanswered for 48 hours that contained any questions related to your order. The first email was received today, along with a fax that we have responded to.

Not completing the payment thru our website and making the spend manually which can cause delays.
