Canadian Company Tax Returns

Hi everyone,

Is there a way of viewing/purchasing the tax return of a Canadian business? We are taking over an American company in a niche market and the closest competitor in the same market place is Canadian.

I'm mainly interested in their turnover more than anything, just to see how they compare.

It depends on what Province you're referring to? Every province has their own legislations and respective tax.

I'm just looking for a Canadian version of the UK's Companies House/WebCheck to find a company's turnover, not their profit or taxes. I'd just like to know how they compare with regards to gross revenue. They are in British Columbia.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I did some Google checks and couldn't find anything in Canada like they have in the UK, there may be a private Co. that offers it? It would be great to have the link if there is, as far as taxes, I think the laws are pretty standard in many parts of the world. It's confidential information between the individual or Co. and the Government,
