I bought a DEBIT CARD from this guy before, it is a bank card issued by a Chinese local bank. When I was trying to use it , I made a phone call to the bank's service support , and they told me the card registered under some one else's name instead of mine. The bank also said it is serious fraud and 100% illegal for me to use this resold card ,it broke China's law, the bank and maybe police are investigating this.
