How much can be loaded on the card at any given time? Does it come pre-activated? Can it be funded via bank tansfer?

There is no funding limit, but you will have to adhere to the ATM and POS limits.

The card is ready to use when you receive it.

Yes, I may have not made that clear enough in my original post, but it can receive bank transfers.
