paypalvccs, it is hard to tell, because it depends for what purpose you want to use the payment processor.


I mean if you want to buy something online then alternative to paypal would be a credit card.

If you want to invest in HYIPs then you can use Liberty Reserve.

For gambling sites it is ok to use skrill (moneybookers).
