Help, Webmoney is not offer for US residents

Hi all, i was just thinking of creating a Webmoney account since lr is going to be down for couple days. But when i sign up with an US address i got a message saying webmoney is not offer for US residents or citizens.
Im able to creat an account with US ip but with an non-US address.
my question is, howtheir security system works, will they block my account after receiving money? and if they do, will they let you withdraw balance in the account, or they will just lock your account with money in it forever.

im not familiar with webmoney and they seems complicated. any advice will be appreciated, Thanks!

don't use Webmoney if you are from USA and don't try any trick.you may have your funds frozen.
use other systems like HDM,Sensipay,Payza.
