E-Gold's service SUCKS!!!

I misplaced my e-gold password, and NEED to talk to egold to straighten it out. I have been trying to get ahold of them for almost 2 weeks now. Ive written like 5 tickets, written 2 emails, called countless times... and got nothing. No responses, and a friggin answering machine.

anyone know of any other ways to try to get ahold of them?

thansk in advance for any info.

Your just figuring that out now? lol Let me tell you a little secret... they all suck! Except EMO and Neteller because they have telephone support where you actually get a real live person usually right away. Actually I'v gotten a real live person on Intgold a few times too but the history of Intgold is not good for the non-North American account holder.

The last time I had to call E-gold regarding an issue with one of my accounts, I had no problem getting to a live person. I was even able to talk to someone personally during the recent DDoS attack.

Get yourself a password saving program like roboform.com and you will not misplace your egold passwords agian.

The interesting thing with INTGold is that speaking to someone is actually more frustrating, because those sometimes answering the phone obviously don't have a clue nor don't care about your issues that they could resolve, so if you really insist they'll promise to study your request and get back to you, which they never do. Absolutely never place any money in INTGold - not that that fraud is likely to last anyway.

Did you put your phone number in your egold profile ? If you did, you email them, they'll call you and issue you a temp password. I did this last time when a hacker hacked my egold.
