09 Oct 2005 03:10 I paid for email certification from NETIBA on the 6th of this month. I am still waiting for certification. NETIBA is not even taking the time to reply to my emails. If you go on to the forum of NETIBA you will see how many people are having difficulty with NETIBA. I mainly signed up with NETIBA because I wanted to avail of the extra clix form stormpay and the direct bank wire transfer facility.
I would be obliged if you will look into this and at least teach NETIBA something in customer care if nothing else. Maybe we should get the cops to certify NETIBA.
Besides I would like my cash back if they cannot keep up to their part of the deal.

11 Oct 2005 08:00 NetIBA is a third party verification service. The NetIBA certification is a three step process. First is the email validation, this is done at the time you sign up for a NetIBA account. Second is the phone verification, a NetIBA representative will call you to verify your phone number. The last step is the address verification; NetIBA will mail (snail mail) you a letter containing the address verification code (PIN code). After you receive the PIN code login to your NetIBA account and enter the code. The instant you enter the PIN code into your NetIBA account the certification process will be complete. NetIBA will notify StormPay daily of our customer’s completed NetIBA certifications. We do understand that the NetIBA certification process is a lengthy process in today’s internet world.

27 Oct 2005 02:59 One of the reasons I applied and secured NetIBA certification was to get an increaded number of 'stormclix', However even tohugh that process is complete 'Stormpay Inc.' has deleted my stormclix link as well as the discussion forum link from my site. I have visited many forums and have noticed that members have posted messages there about stormclix and that they are getting clix even today.
Stormpay is not replying to my tickets, of which there are many overthe past 8 days, I think this is a clear case of fraud.
I demand that Stormpay at least reply to my mail, failing which I am going to post mailsto all my vendors and forums soliciting help in boycotting stormpay.
This is the hights of irresponsibility and demand a response from you TODAY.
C.C. of this ticket and transaction ID will be posted to all my vendors, hype forums and message boards.

27 Oct 2005 10:49 Dexter,
It does not appear that your complaints are related to any action or inaction of NetIBA. For that reason, we must deny this claim.
The pertinent questio nhere was IF stormpay.com and NetIBA were one and the same - Management wise. The last paragraph above does not answer my question. And now they have blocked my email address.
