Important - TcgSimpleHosting.com is closing down

Update 3/2/04:

To all TcgSimpleHosting.com clients,

At this time we have decided to close down our service. This is a result of the recent downtime and a few other factors that have led us to this decision.

All clients will be refunded in full for web hosting paid past March 1st. Refunds will be sent in the form that you use to pay.

All clients will receive an e-mail from us with your domain name that you are hosting in the subject line, which will come from sales@tcgsimplehosting.com. Please read this e-mail, as it contains information about how to access and backup your websites, refund information, etc.

All clients that have domain names registered through us will have the option to either drop the domain registration or have us transfer ownership to you. All domains are registered at either GoDaddy.com or Namecheap.com, check your whois record to be sure. Please open an account at either of those places (you can use fictitious info if you want) to speed up the process so that you can get the domain name in your control.

All clients on the cPanel server can access their accounts immediately and do a backup which will compress everything in a .tar.gz file which can be unpacked and immediately restored at whatever host you choose to use. We recommend KatzGlobal.net if you're not sure which host to use at this point.

However, clients on the Plesk server currently cannot access their accounts due to some problems that we are experiencing with Plesk at this time, and we will deal with this on a case-by-case basis. We should be able to restore a recent backup for you.

All clients that are signed up with us through our partnership with abcHYIP.com are all on Plesk, and we will try our best to get you a backup of the database, etc. I am working with the admin of abcHYIP at this point to determine what will happen next.

I don't think you realize the amount of invonvience you are causing.

Good thing I referred people to microfx.

Customer service, etc, and if something like this happen I wouldnt be suprised if Matt would transfer his clients if it came to this.

I'm no longer interested in staying in the anonymous hosting business. I will still do web hosting, but I'm going to be getting a managed server, and I'll require full contact info for all clients.

I suggest going with Microfx.net or Katzglobal.net if you're looking for anonymous offshore hosting.

I could see if you had any legitimate programs you may care more

And I couldn't really understand your post, perhaps you should learn to speak English a bit better before you start taking on hosting clients.
